Innovation is important, useful, exciting and fun. Succesful innovation is systematic, structural and durable. We call this combination in health care Good Healthcare Innovation Practice. GHIP Support is an independent company that supports health care practices, institutions and companies, based on the GHIP philosophy. GHIP Support not only helps to realize innovations. We are only satisfied when the innovation is structural and durable.
Our specialization
GHIP Support is specialized in innovations in care, cure and business. We design, develop and implement new product-market combinations in health care. By using the GHIP System, we are experts in structurally and consequently defining and monitoring problems, targets and results. We do this with an eye on all stakeholders involved during all phases of the innovation project. Using the GHIP System, e.g. during project design (‘generation’), will lead to proactive and timely avoidance of future obstacles. Similarly, when choosing the right project design (‘selection’), the GHIP system will help foreseeing hindrances. After selection of the project design, the implementation (‘realization’) will be a consequent and logical result of the previous phases and not a haphazard event depending on coincidences. GHIP Support offers a wide range of services, all based on the GHIP System. We can give practical support for defining the project outlines, but we also can come with full implementation including external evaluations.
